The annual Met Gala in New York happened last night and brought forth the most influential Actors and celebrities to the forefront on the red carpet. Let’s take a look at the best fashion from the 2015 Met Gala…

Cara Delevingne has been one to rock a pant suit and last night adorned her Stella McCartney black pant suit with extreme cherry blossom body art. Model, Delevingne transformed all bare skin into a canvas to showcase cultural Chinese art through tattoos.  The tattoos were created by Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, the Artist infamously known for giving her dozens of tattoos in the past, like the the lion’s head on her index finger and the word “BACON” written on the bottom of her foot.

The queen of sheer, Beyonce turned all heads at last night’s event. Clearly no one knows how to own the red carpet like her, headlining all tabloids and invading Instagram, Beyonce shocked in sheer with her Givenchy custom gown.

Following the common thread of sensational sheer was none other than Kim Kardashian in Roberto Cavalli. Her curves were on full display with a slick pony and minimal elegant jewellery, putting Peter Dundas incredibly embellished masterpiece for Cavalli in the spotlight.

FKA Twigs’ gown was one of the most original choices. With many gowns from Versace, Givenchy, Balmain and other renown red carpet Designers, Twigs opted for a design by Christopher Kane. Wearing true wearable art, the fabric was made of shapes of human bodies layered to create a colourful canvas. Partner, Robert Pattinson was by far the best arm candy in a classic three-piece suit.

Young celebrity, Zendaya stuns in a Fausto Puglisi gown with sun and star prints. Keeping her outfit youthful and fun, Zendaya wore sun accessories on her wrists and head as if a sun goddess.
