Warm spring and summer days are perfect for enjoying BBQ in the sunshine and Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse is going to make the sunny season extra delicious with weekly pop-ups at Batch Plaza of Nations, a brand-new concession stand inside Nat Bailey Stadium during Vancouver Canadians home games, and new farmers market locations in New West, the West End, and downtown.
Both locations will feature smokers on site to make sure that every dish is slow cooked to tender perfection with classics like the 4am Brisket Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and the Smoked Chicken Sandwich all made using the best in carefully sourced BC proteins.
Traditional BBQ is about much more than sandwiches, so both the Nat Bailey and the food truck menus feature platter options and Southern sides to chase any hunger pangs away. The full food truck menu includes new items like Hatch Chili Barbacoa made with the famous New Mexico peppers, Tejano Poutine with cotija cheese, brisket and pit beans, and fun items from the smoker like house made sausage rolls, spicy peach pork belly burnt ends, and slow-cooked pastrami.

Along with these ongoing pop-ups Rosie’s jam-packed summer schedule will also include regular food truck stops at The Parkside Brewery in Port Moody, special events with Main Street Brewing, Farmers Markets, festivals, and more.
With two giant smokers and two trailers staffed by Rosie’s passionate BBQ lovers, expect to see the Lower Mainland’s best BBQ in more places than ever before. As always, the best way to find Rosie’s is to follow along @rosiesbbqsmokehouse for the complete weekly schedule and latest updates about weather-related changes.
