On February 1, embark on a sensory journey with Executive Chef Derek Bendig’s incredible 5-course dinner, an exquisite dance of flavours paired flawlessly with the craftsmanship of Road 13 wines. Guided by winemaker Barclay Robinson, guests can savor the acclaimed John Oliver Malbec 2020, adorned with a prestigious 91 Points from the Decanter World Wine Awards, and the John Oliver 5th Element 2020, a Silver medalist at the 2023 WineAlign National Wine Awards. Lovebirds can seal their affection with late-night champagne and oysters, caviar, and chocolate fondue at Wild Blue’s chic bar. The award-winning Negroni Pinoli, crowned Air Canada enRoute’s Cocktail of the Year, is not to be missed. Late-night festivities kick off from 10 pm each evening, with Wild Blue’s resident DJ providing the beats every weekend.
