Founded by Dick Erath over 40 years ago, Erath wines are cultivated in the Dundee Hills of Oregan. Known for their Pinot Noir grapes, Erath’s 2020 Oregon Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward, fan favourite. Leyda Single Vineyard Cahuil Pinot Noir
Leyda is an award-winning vineyard located in the Ledya Valley, on the west side of the Chilean Coastal Range. Their Single Vineyard Cahuil Pinot Noir is a nice ruby coloured, medium-bodied wine. Complex and earthy with a strong, spicy character, this wine offers notes of acidic red fruits like raspberries and cherries. Delicately smoky with tobacco notes, it is creamy with a velvety mouthfeel and a long persistent finish.
Ideal Pairings: Goat’s cheese, baked polenta with wild mushrooms
