When the 33-year-old singer-songwriter and actress isn’t commanding the world’s attention on her hit show, she can be found spending time with her friends and beloved pets.   She’s obsessed with John Oliver and crunchy almond butter. Dancing makes her self-conscious. The perfect night is Game Night. With charcuterie.  Which is – seriously – the only pretentious word in her vocabulary. Her new house is her everything. Joni Mitchell must be on all playlists. Best part about being a Disney Princess? Cutting the line at a theme park. She’s a cat-woman, a dog lover and considers her current cast family. She’s both strong and soft. Future goals? To lighten-up her soul and darken-up her hair.

As Garnier’s newest Brand Ambassador Mandy Moore will be the face of the brand across  hair colorhair carehair styling and skin care.   In her debut in this new role, Mandy, who has credited her hair color change to brunette as a moment of “real significance,” offers a peek into her life through the brand’s new Nutrisse hair color campaign.   The creative will begin running on September 15th 2017 and includes print, TV, digital and social media content that reflects Moore’s hair-life (Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme Medium Golden Brown 53 Chestnut hair color to be exact), home life and real life.

“We are very proud to have Mandy Moore join the Garnier family,” said Ikdeep Singh, President of Maybelline, Garnier & Essie at L’Oréal USA.  “Mandy’s talent, accomplishments and grace through transforming from teen pop star to leading lady embrace what it means to be a real, modern role model for women.”

“Garnier encourages women to be their best – whatever that means for you. For me, it’s always been important that no matter how I change my look, I want the real me to shine through,” says Mandy Moore of her new relationship with Garnier. Regarding the new campaign, Mandy shares “I love to change my hair because in a world where so much is out of my control, it makes me feel like I’m doing something to shake things up. But it’s deeper than blonde or brunette. It’s about figuring out how to make my outsides reflect my insides, and that takes a little soul searching.  I’m thrilled, even a little nervous, to go down that exciting, if imperfect, path together with Garnier.”
